I uncovered a vital need for a unified user experience that seamlessly integrates appointment scheduling, educational content, and specialized hair treatment discovery into a frictionless shopping funnel.

Strategy & Information Architecture

I engineered a mega-navigation and information architecture centered on user goals, introducing 'Shop by Look' trends and an AI-driven quiz to personalize the product discovery process. To bridge the trust gap, I strategically integrated user-generated content (UGC) and social proof across the journey, ensuring a frictionless path from landing to checkout.

Leveraging a luxury aesthetic with Bugaki and Montserrat typography, I curated an image-heavy layout that prioritizes high-fidelity visual storytelling over dense copy. To ensure a high-performance e-commerce experience, I prioritized crisp usability and functional feedback over heavy animations, maintaining a fast and accessible shopping journey.

The primary challenge involved architecting a scalable design system that balanced a premium, bold aesthetic with a structure capable of serving diverse user segments. The result is a high-converting digital presence that solidified Plushlocks’ luxury positioning while significantly improving accessibility and engagement across all target demographics.
